Substitute teacher charged with giving harmful materials to minors

A  substitute teacher for the Marlboro County School District has been charged with disseminating harmful materials to minors.
According to Bennettsville Police, Halie Clark was arrested Monday, April 2 on four counts of disseminating harmful materials to minors. 
Clark was a substitute teacher at Marlboro County High School and was employed with Kelly Services. 
During her time at the school, Clark produced and circulated a pornographic picture via her cell phone to students. 
She is currently incarcerated at the Marlboro County Detention Center and is awaiting a bond hearing. 
Officials said it is still an active ongoing investigation and more charges may be filed in the future.
